I don’t see food, I see a number, I see calories, I see fat on my legs and stomach and face and neck and arms and everywhere. I see cuts on my arms and tears down my cheeks. I see looking into the mirror and staring back at a fat ugly beast, a disappointment and failure to everyone including myself, I see a waste of space and a disgusting being. I see loneliness and unattractiveness and stupidity and self-hatred.
